When something involving a large crowd is blown away there are no suspects, it’s like, you kill one, you’re a murderer, and you kill a hundred, you’re a hero! Analyzing the situation when something huge is lost from a government, large resources are deployed to get it back regardless of what it really means to the less fortunate or should I say the ‘common man’. I am reading this book by Jeffrey archer called A matter of honor, it starts off by a misplaced painting in the czar’s palace, and the head of state calls upon the KGB head to locate it, and he says ‘I will give you all the resources you need to find it’. It’s about the interest of the state. And they say ‘A country is built by its people’. But ‘Ask not what the country can do for you, but ask what you can do for your country’ but hey ‘what goes around comes around’ . The fortunate (unfortunate?) few who know the truth about things need to guard it, sometimes with their lives- this reminds me of The Interpreter and Enemy of the state- of you could have amnesia at right time ;). If you call out the numbers with flair you might win an auction. It’s the makeup that some people use whe they lie, like when Clinton denied Lewinsky, he put a straight face and said ‘I did not have sex with that woman’ hah! It shouldv’e been ‘I did not have sex with monica /Ms lewinsky’ for the smart guys it sounded like ‘Lewinsky is awesome on a blow job’. And when our beloved Georgie lies he keeps his expression awkwardly straight and tries to smile and gets an unnecessary one. You can’t say when Putin lies, (maybe all the time;)). Instead of going through a conscious guilt, they move on to provide or make alibis.
